Kicking off the Strictly Come Dancing Christmas Special, Ricky & Janette’s Quickstep “was like a glass of champagne” according to Len, and “full of treats and on trend” according to Bruno. Darcey found their routine “sugary & crisp” and they scored 33.
Elaine & Pasha’s Cha Cha Cha impressed Bruno, who said “it’s Carry on Christmas. Your placement. Your hip action.” Craig said “that was brilliant” and Darcey said “Elaine, you’re a nifty little mover.” Len rounded off the judging with “Elaine, you jingled my bells.” They scored 39.
Sara & Robin’s Waltz “was a like a Christmas cracker that didn’t explode” according to Craig. Darcey said, “for me, it was like you were on ice. You created a beautiful feel all the way through.” They scored 33.

Rochelle & Ian’s Salsa “was a cracker” according to Darcey. They scored 31.
Matt & Aliona’s American Smooth “wasn’t matt. That was gloss” according to Len. They scored 35.
Rufus & Flavia’s Tango was “a Nutcracker of a Tango” according to Bruno and Darcey said “I thought you were an unusually hot Eskimo for me.” They scored 38.
The audience votes were added to the judges scores and Rufus & Flavia were crowned Strictly Come Dancing Christmas Champions for 2013.
