The National Ballet of Canada | Ballet Talks – New Location, New Time
February 21, 2013… The National Ballet of Canada’s hugely popular Ballet Talks will be held in a new location this Winter Season to accommodate the great demand of an ever-growing audience. Beginning with the Canadian premiere of Nijinsky, a greater number of National Ballet patrons will be able to enjoy the Ballet Talks from the comfort of the seats in the R. Fraser Elliot Auditorium at the Four Seasons Centre for the Performing Arts.
The Ballet Talks, free for all ticket holders, will begin one hour prior to the performance and will cover topics that provide insight into the ballet performance. Patrons will be seated on the orchestra level of the auditorium and the seating will be on a first come, first served basis.
The Ballet Talks for Nijinsky will be led by Ballet Master Lindsay Fischer, March 2 – 8, 2013.
The 2012/13 season is dedicated to the memory of The National Ballet of Canada’s greatest patron Walter Carsen, O.C.
