Strictly Come Dancing week 7
The X-factor is on Strictly
With the Wembley show now within sniffing distance, which couple has lost the public vote this week ?
First we are off with six Strictly professionals, dressed, on Rembrance Sunday, in patriotic red, white and blue.
Tess seems to be wearing a bandage, but at least her poppy is slightly more visible. Claudia introduces the highlights during, and after, last night’s show.
Tess announces the first couple safely through : Robbie & Ola – to screams from Ola ! Then we have Chelsee & Pasha dancing again next week along with Jason & Kristina, Holly & Brendan; with Audley & Natalie in the bottom two, for the fourth time.
Claudia chats to the saved couples. Chelsee says that despite her 10, she doesn’t feel like a dancer and doesn’t feel that she’s good at it – leaving Claudia with her head in Chelsee’s lap saying “help me Chelsee!”
Christina Perri sings at the piano, topped by candles. Robin and Kristina perform a dramatic Rhumba.
Claudia hosts Len’s Lens, where the judges dissect the dance. Did we need to hear Audley’s amplified microphone and his singing ? Len describes the Fleckel in Jason’s dance. Alesha points out that Chelsee isn’t training as much as the others, but is so good, and speculates on how incredible she might be once her schedule filming on Waterloo Road eases.
Tess announces the next couple through to Wembley week – Harry & Aliona, followed by Russell & Flavia. Anita and Robin are in the bottom two, leaving Alex and James a pass through to next week. Bruno is shocked and appalled by Anita and Robin in the bottom two.
Claudia introduces Silence from the Square, where Flavia and Vincent dance in remembrance, and then introduces Andre Rieu on violin, with Anton and Erin dancing in the studio.
And then the couples in the bottom two learn their fate.
Audley & Natalie are voted out of the competition.
